Data we collect
When you create and use an account, we process the name and email you provide, a secure hash of your password, email verification status, and session information. A free listing application includes a website name, URL, category, English description, and unique badge reference. We may also record request IP addresses, browser information, language choice, referral parameters, badge check results, and necessary activity records.
How we use it
We use this data to provide accounts and sign-in, send verification and password reset emails, process listing applications, verify website badges, protect the directory, diagnose issues, and answer support requests. Browsing or submitting a website does not trigger a charge; checkout is not open yet.
Public listings and browser drafts
After publication, a website’s name, URL, category, and description appear in the Reemo directory. Form drafts are stored only in your current browser’s local storage. Clearing browser data removes them; saving a draft does not submit an application.
Providers and other websites
We use Cloudflare to host the site and database and Resend to deliver account emails. These providers may process relevant data to perform their services. Websites linked from the directory have their own privacy practices; review their notices when you leave Reemo.
Retention and security
We retain account and application records for as long as needed to provide the service, handle disputes, and meet applicable obligations, then delete or de-identify them. Session and security records are kept as operationally needed. We use access controls and reasonable technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and contact
Email support@reemo.site to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data, or to ask a privacy question. We may need to verify your identity and will handle requests under applicable law.
